I cannot log in to the game. What do I do?
First, make sure your realmlist is set to set realmlist vanilla.splashgame.org. Check the Getting Started guide for the correct file path. If your realmlist is correct, try resetting your password via the portal.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A magic link will be sent to the email address registered on your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us on Discord.
My account was banned. What can I do?
If you believe your ban was applied in error, post a ban appeal on the community forum with your account name (not password) and a description of the situation. We review all legitimate appeals.
The server is showing as offline. Is it down?
Check the Server Status page for current status. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the forum and Discord. Unplanned outages are usually resolved quickly.
Can I transfer my character from another server?
Character transfers from other servers are not supported at this time.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please report bugs on the community forum bug report section, or in the #bug-reports channel on Discord. Include as much detail as possible: what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce.
An item or NPC is behaving incorrectly. Is that a bug?
Fólkvangr aims for Blizzlike 1.12.1 behaviour. If something does not match how it worked in original Vanilla WoW, it is likely a bug and we would appreciate a report. Check Wowhead classic databases for reference.
Can I have more than one account?
Multiple accounts per person are not officially supported and may be flagged. Each account is faction-locked; if you want to experience both factions, that is the only reason a second account may be considered — contact a GM via the forum.
